About The Firm
Loeffler, Allen & Ham was founded in 1957 by David H. Loeffler and Samuel T. Allen, III, the descendants of lawyers practicing law in Northeastern Oklahoma since the time of statehood in 1907. The Firm's Sapulpa office was initially located in the Berryhill Building in Downtown Sapulpa before moving to its current location at 221 E. Dewey Ave., while the Firm's Bristow location has been located at 116 W. 6th Ave. since the Firm's founding. Samuel T. Allen, IV joined the Firm in 1977 at the Sapulpa office. Keith Ham joined the Firm in 1980 at the Bristow office. Joseph Allen joined the Firm in 2018 at the Sapulpa office.
